Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post Rates
All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: [email protected]. In recent times, deliveries times have increased due mainly to the handling processes by Australia Post and for which we cannot be held responsible.
Please note that we take a short break from Christmas until the third or forth week of January (approximately) each year. That period may vary depending on the fall of public holidays and our personal circumstances. Orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at dL Confectionery. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
Best Before Statement.
The New South Wales Food Authority statement on Best Before dates -
"Foods marked ‘best before’ are safe to be consumed provided the food is otherwise fit for human consumption. These foods can be expected to retain their colour, taste, texture and flavour provided they have been stored correctly. Foods marked best before can be sold after that date, provided the food is not deteriorated or perished."
